Event Planning and Execution

In collaboration with my team, we organized the Navigating Tomorrow alumni event, designed to foster meaningful connections across various industries. This gathering provided current students and alumni a unique opportunity to network, share experiences, and explore new professional paths. It was more than just an event—it was a platform for bridging generational gaps, allowing attendees to expand their networks and gain valuable insights from those who had walked similar paths.

Our team worked diligently to secure top-tier sponsors, such as Dwarkesh Indian Cuisine and Good Earth Coffeehouse, and brought in inspiring speakers who elevated the event’s atmosphere. What made this event stand out was the genuine enthusiasm from attendees—they didn’t come for free food, but for real connections and growth. Due to the overwhelming demand, the event was extended beyond its scheduled time, further emphasizing its success. About 95% of attendees connected with panelists afterward, highlighting the impact we made.

As the social media lead, I ensured the event was widely promoted through engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. I also collaborated with sponsors on co-branded content, helping us reach an even broader audience. The result? A highly engaged crowd of 71 attendees, meaningful collaborations, and a lasting impact. This experience showcased the power of teamwork, strategic planning, and the importance of building strong networks.
